Steve Carson

Owner & Builder

As Co-Founder and Builder of Will2Build, Steve's strong work ethic and commitment to honesty shape every aspect of the business, from the projects the team delivers to the culture they've built along the way. Steve believes the best outcomes in building come from trust, reputation, and strong relationships. He takes pride in being open and straightforward, and is committed to delivering well-crafted luxury homes and a genuinely positive experience for every client.

Raised on a dairy farm in regional Victoria, Steve grew up with a strong work ethic and a genuine appreciation for practical craftsmanship. After moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2006, he worked with some of Noosa’s most respected builders, gaining valuable experience before co-founding Will2Build, with a focus on building high-quality coastal and hinterland homes across the region.

Steve is a hands-on builder who values clear communication, collaboration, and attention to detail. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and making the most of the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.

BEC Carson

Chief Financial Officer

With a background spanning finance and property development, Bec brings a strategic and considered approach to the Will2Build team. As Chief Financial Officer, she oversees the financial management of the company while also playing an active role in day-to-day operations, team leadership, and the overall client experience.

Known for her calm professionalism and attention to detail, Bec helps ensure every project is underpinned by clear communication and thoughtful planning. Whether meeting with clients, coordinating behind the scenes, or visiting site, she plays an integral role in delivering a seamless experience from initial contact through to project completion.

When she's not in the office, you'll find her enjoying time at the beach, going to Pilates, or catching up with friends and family over good coffee.
